For New Patients
We reserve at least 60 minutes for new patients because it’s important to us that we have plenty of time to get to know each other. Your first visit will include an unhurried, one-on-one consultation with Dr. Cherian, during which he will thoroughly discuss your dental history, your goals for your smile, and any specific concerns that brought you to our office. In almost all cases, we will perform your cleaning and X-rays during your first visit as well. Some offices schedule two separate appointments for the exam and cleaning, but we’ve found that combining them is more convenient for our patients and for our team.
New Patient Forms
Whitening your teeth is one of the simplest things you can do to take years off your smile. Bright, white teeth look cleaner and healthier, and they make a great first impression. If you’re not getting the results you want with those drugstore whitening strips, then it’s time to step up your whitening game with one of our professional options. We invite you to download, print, and complete our new patient forms prior to your first visit to expedite the check-in process. If you have any questions while you’re filling them out, feel free to give us a call! If you are unable to complete these forms in advance, please arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, so you have plenty of time to do so in our office.
