Dr. Einbinder will then perform a thorough examination, including a visual assessment, an evaluation of your current restorations, a review of any X-rays that were taken, and a screening for early signs of gum disease and oral cancer.
Digital X-rays & Intraoral Cameras
Digital X-rays are faster and more comfortable than traditional X-rays, and they emit significantly less radiation. Because they don't require any harsh chemical processing, the images are available within seconds. We use our intraoral cameras to show you exactly what we see during your exam. Photos taken with these cameras also give Dr. Einbinder a clearer view of hard-to-see areas like the back molars.
Gum Disease & Periodontal Health
Routine cleanings are just as important for your gums as they are for your teeth. Dr. Einbinder also offers many advanced gum treatments, including gentle gum disease therapy and local antibiotics that will protect your smile for years to come.
Fixed Bridges
A traditional bridge is a single restoration made up of three parts: two crowns, which are permanently attached to the teeth on either side of the gap, and an artificial tooth in the middle. Bridges look and feel like natural teeth, and with routine checkups and proper home care, they can last for a very long time.
Tooth-Colored Fillings
Root Canal Therapy (Endodontics)
If the infected tissue isn’t removed with a root canal, it can cause an abscess or even spread the infection to surrounding teeth.
Root canal therapy is a highly successful restorative procedure that can save a damaged tooth from extraction and protect it for years.
Although they have a reputation for being painful, the truth is that the toothaches caused by an infected tooth are probably causing you more pain than a root canal will!
Wisdom Teeth Removal
Wisdom teeth are the third set of molars that develop much later than our other teeth—usually between the ages of 15 and 25. Some people are lucky enough to have their wisdom teeth come in straight, right-side up, or not at all, but most of us aren’t.
Because wisdom teeth are the last permanent teeth to erupt, there is often not enough room left to accommodate them. The lack of space can cause wisdom teeth to come in sideways, only partially erupt, or become impacted within the gums. Impacted wisdom teeth pose a risk to your oral health as well, including:
- Abscesses & Gum Infections
- Jaw Pain & Headaches
- Damage to the Jaw Bone
- Shifting of Permanent Teeth
Removing questionable wisdom teeth early is usually the safest and most conservative treatment option. Dr. Einbinder will evaluate the status of your wisdom teeth with a visual exam and panoramic X-rays. If he finds that they’re not erupting properly, he will thoroughly explain your options for removal and design a treatment plan that addresses your needs.
Tooth Extractions
If you do end up needing an extraction, Dr. Einbinder will thoroughly explain the process to you and make your treatment as comfortable as possible.

Night Guards for Teeth Grinding
Involuntary teeth grinding can do a number on your teeth and jaw muscles, and because it usually occurs during sleep, many people don't even know they're doing it. A comfortable, custom-fitted night guard can give your jaw a rest and protect your oral health.
Headache Prevention with NTI
The NTI device is a small, FDA-approved mouthpiece that fits securely on your upper or lower front teeth to prevent grinding and let your jaw and head muscles relax.
Treatment for Sleep Apnea
If you or someone you love suffers from chronic snoring, you know that it can be a real nuisance. But did you know that snoring is also a sign of sleep apnea, a dangerous sleep disorder that disrupts normal sleep patterns and poses serious risks to your overall health?
During sleep, the muscles in the mouth, jaw, and throat naturally relax. However, for the millions of Americans with obstructive sleep apnea, these muscles become so relaxed that they collapse and obstruct the airway, making it difficult to breathe. The decreased flow of oxygen caused by sleep apnea usually results in sudden, repeated awakenings throughout the night and a poor quality of sleep.
Common signs of sleep apnea include:
- Loud Snoring
- Gasping or Choking for Air During Sleep
- Severe Daytime Drowsiness or Fatigue
- Morning Headaches (From blood pressure or from jaw clenching)
- Chronic heartburn
If any of these symptoms sound familiar, sleep apnea could be to blame. Untreated sleep apnea has been linked to an increased risk of stroke, high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, and uncontrolled diabetes. Early diagnosis and treatment are crucial for your overall health and well-being.
